ABOUT THE COMPANY

Owner,  Vincent  Tormey  has  over  30  years  of  experience  in  the  cabinetry industry  both  in  Europe  and  in  southwest  Florida.  After  he  emigrated  from  Ireland  in  the  mid  1980's,  Vincent  worked  for  many  years  with  one  of  Sarasota's  premier  European  cabinetry  designers  and  manufacturers  and  gained  valuable  experience  in  the  manufacturing  process.
In  early  2000,  Vincent  moved  to  Naples,  Florida  where  he  worked  as  the  Sales  Manager  of  one  of  the  most  successful  kitchen  and  bath  dealerships  in  south-west  Florida.  He  assisted in  taking  the  dealership  to  a  multimillion  dollar  company  which  resulted  in  the  company's  acquisition  by  a  Fortune  200  company  in  2006.  The  experience  he  gained  led  him  to  start  his  own  company,  Distinctive  Kitchen  Studio,  in  2008.
Vincent  and his team continue  to  create  truly  individualistic  designs  resulting  in  magnificent  kitchens,  baths,  and  other  special  areas  for  both  new  homes  and  remodeling.
